- Bob Kelly has more than 30 years of experience in creating energy technology companies as well as the development, financing, construction and operation of large natural gas fired electric power cogeneration facilities.
- Bob holds an M.P.A. and a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University in addition to a B.S. in nuclear engineering from the United States Military Academy.

- Jon Doyle has over 25 years of experience in the development, financing, construction and operation of large energy facilities and in chemicals.
- Jon graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration. He also holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Mark is a partner at KN Law LLP and is based in Houston and Riyad. He has over 30 years of experience in all contractual and financial aspects of the energy business.
